Mary Dennis

Mary Dennis died Thursday, January 17, 2008 in Yellville at the age of 71. Mary Dennis was born Wednesday, June 24,1936 in Monmouth, Illinois, the daughter of Theodore and Anna Mae Scott Pullen. She married Walter Gene Dennis on December 20, 1955 at Monmouth, Illinois. She worked as a bookkeeper for Citizens Bank. Mary lived in Yellville since 1972 moving from Dubois, Wyoming. She loved to hunt and fish with her husband and loved to read and spend time with her family. Survivors: Mary Dennis is survived by her husband, Walter Dennis and sons, Jim Dennis of Dubois, Wyoming, Mike (Shawn) Dennis, Pat (Melody) Dennis and Brian (Cathy) Dennis of Flippin Arkansas, five sisters and many grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 1 sister. Funeral: A Gathering of Friends for Mary Dennis of Yellville, AR, will be 5-7 P.M. Saturday, January 19, 2008 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks or the American Cancer Society.
