Mary Dunn

Mary Alice Dunn, 66, of Gassville, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 19, 2024, with her husband by her side. She was born on October 23, 1957, to Ivan and Mercy Villanueva Blades in Georgetown, Texas. Mary was married to the love of her life, Randall L. Dunn. If you knew Mary, you know that she lived for the Lord and praised Him in song. Family was everything to her. She and Randall made sure to attend every grandchild’s special event or sporting event, it didn’t matter how far they had to travel to get there. She enjoyed baking with her grandchildren, and took pride in her kitchen, collecting family recipes and cookbooks. She saw the best in everyone, and was as sweet as pie, unless you crossed one of her boys and then you got to see her momma, Mercy, come out.

Mary is survived by her husband, Randall Dunn of Gassville, AR; three sons, Rowan (Rochelle) Dunn of Mountain Home, AR, Ryan (Adrianne) Dunn of Madison, MS, and Rodney (Ann Marie) Dunn of Bryant, AR; two granddaughters, Olivia (Conner) DeLong and Kayden Dunn; and two grandsons, Landry Dunn and Yaites Dunn.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mercy Villanueva Blades; stepfather, Walter Dickhaus; and granddaughter Mayliegh Ruth Dunn.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 23, 2024, 1:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service for Mary will follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Gassville, AR, with Randall Dunn, Rowan Dunn, Ryan Dunn, Rodney Dunn, Doyle Meyers, and Jerry Arnold as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jason Rychtarik and Stephen Dunn.
