Mary Virginia Martinell

Mary Virginia Martinell of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away April 26, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 75. She was born December 9, 1946, in Lawton, Oklahoma, the daughter of Barney and Ola Gibbs. She married Darwin Martinell on July 14, 1990, in Gassville, Arkansas and was a homemaker. Mary lived in Mountain Home since moving from Lawton, Oklahoma, in 1969. She was a member of the Gassville Baptist Church and she enjoyed shopping, spending time with family, and playing with her grandchildren.

Mary is survived by her three daughters, Linda (John) Blough of Marshall, AR, Sandra (Joey) VanMatre of Gassville, AR, and Mya (Garrett) Brown of Mountain Home, AR; son, Joseph (Karissa) Martinell of Mountain Home, AR; and four grandchildren, Matthew, Madison, Arya, and Tatum.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Robert Martinell.

A Funeral Service for Mary will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Gary Wise officiating. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
