Mary Rodela

A memorial service for Mary Louise Rodela of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at 7:00 PM at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Mary passed away January 22, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 90. She was born July 23, 1921, in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Francisco and Isabella Botello Robles. She married Edward Rodela in July of 1940, at Durant, Oklahoma and worked as a dental technician for their family dental business. Mary lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 2009 moving from Diamond City, Arkansas. She enjoyed music, dancing, and cooking. Mary was very social and friendly and involved with God's Endtime Handmaiden and Intercessor. Mary is survived by one daughter, Dorothy (Donald) Rodela Williams of Mountain Home, AR; one granddaughter, Catherine Kennedy Culbert of Mountain Home, AR, 5 great-grandchildren, Hannah Jackson, Randi King, Juanita Culbert Finley, Angela Culbert, and Lorraine Culbert Rivera, and 12 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Raul Rodela; one son, Edward Rodela, Jr. and one grandson, Christopher Olwen Bowers. Burial will be in the Calvary Hill Cemetery, Dallas, Texas. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
