Mary Louise Stich was born May 3, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois. She was the daughter of James R. and Leona Green Mooney. She married Eugene Woodrow Stich on November 29, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois. She was a teacher's aide for eleven years and lived in Chicago, Illinois before moving to Bull Shoals, Arkansas in 1979. She was a member of Hoevel-Barnet VFW Auxiliary Post 1341, a past president of Bull Shoals Friends of the Library, past president of Bull Shoals Hospital Auxiliary, member of Alvernia High School Alumnae of Chicago and she volunteered with Hospice of the Ozarks. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Mary Louise Stich passed away on August 3, 2005, at the age of 85 years and 3 months. Survivors: Three sons, Michael Stich of Alachua, Florida, Jerome "Jerry" Stich of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and Richard (Staci) Stich of Crossett, Arkansas; three daughters, Eileen Gerhke and Anne Marie Wolf both of Elmhurst, Illinois, and Jeanne Marie Kelly of Chicago, Illinois; fifteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and good friend, Mary Loretta Wapole of Chicago, Illinois Preceded in Death by: Her parents; husband; daughter, Kathleen Pietruszka, and two sisters Visitation: 5:00-8:00 p.m., with Vigil at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, August 7, 2005 at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel in Bull Shoals Funeral: Funeral Mass for Mary Louise Stich of Bull Shoals will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2005 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Father William Define as Celebrant.
