Matthew Clay Causey

Matthew Clay Causey of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away November 25, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 44. He was born May 22, 1977, in Saint Louis, Missouri. Matt lived in Mountain Home since moving from Desoto, Missouri, in 1977. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching football.

Matt is survived by his mother, Sherray (Steve) Shipley of Mountain Home, AR; two daughters, Mackenzie Causey of Springfield, MO, and McKinley Causey of Mountain Home, AR; two sisters, Michele Byram of Bella Vista, AR, and Kendra Wells of Gassville, AR; and maternal grandmother, Jean Martin of Mountain Home, AR.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jerry Martin, Sr.

A Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother David Shipley officiating. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.

Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
