Melvin Leonard died January 9, 2008 at Mountain Home at the age of 82 years, 2 months and 11 days. He was born October 29, 1925 at St. Louis, Missouri to Louis Leonard and Minnie Evans. He married Shirley Wiegert April 17, 1948 at St. Louis. He worked maintenance at Anheuser-Busch and was a member of the Faternal Order of Eagles, North American Fishing Club, NRA and Boilermakers Union. He lived in Mountain Home since 1989 moving from St. Louis. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Shirley Leonard, Several great nieces including Tracie Kriska of St. Louis, MO, several nieces including Lynn Kriska-Weigl of St. Louis and brother Jim Leonard of St. Louis, MO. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters. Visitation: Visitation will be 5-8 P.M. Thursday January 10 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home and 3-8 P.M. Saturday, January 12 at Kutis Funeral Home. Funeral: Funeral services will be 11:00A.M. Sunday January 13, 2008 at Kutis Funeral Home Chapel in St. Louis, MO. Burial: Burial will be in Shepherd Hills Cemetery, Barnhardt,Missouri Memorials: Memorial may be made To the American Heart Association.
