Merle Brown

Merle Lee Brown was born September 16, 1924 in Birch Tree, Missouri. He was the son of Elzy J. and Della Dean Brown. He married Gentry Floyd on August 19, 1946 in Reno, Nevada. He was a self-employed miner. Merle and his wife, Gentry, lived in Burney, California prior to moving to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 2003. He was a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church. Merle Lee Brown passed away at his residence on July 26, 2005, at the age of 80 years, 10 months and 10 days. Survivors: Wife of firty-nine years, Gentry Brown of Mountain Home, Arkansas; son, Ronald J.
