Michael Don England, has peacefully passed away at the age of 66 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, surrounded by his family. He was born in East St. Louis, Illinois, on June 7, 1957, the son of Robert and Susan Cossey England. Michael was known for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to his craft.
Throughout his career, Michael worked as a maintenance mechanic for more than two decades at Epoxyn in Mountain Home before retiring from Frito Lay in Jonesboro after 15 years. His hardworking nature and attention to detail were evident in all aspects of his professional life, earning him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
Outside of work, Michael found joy in simple pleasures such as grilling, barbecuing, and most importantly, spending quality time with his beloved family. He was a devoted husband to Mary England of Jonesboro, AR, a loving father to Jeremy (Kimberly) England of Spring, TX, and Rachel (Nicholas Kraft) England of Bono, AR. Michael also leaves behind four cherished grandchildren, Brody, Marleigh, Apollo, and Freya.
In a moment surrounded by those he held dear, his wife and two children, Michael passed away on March 18, 2024. He is now reunited in peace with his parents, Robert and Susan England, as well as his brother Robert England. His memory will forever remain etched in the hearts of all who knew him.
A Graveside Funeral Service to honor and celebrate the life of Michael Don England will be held on March 22, 2024, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Michael's dedication to his craft, love for his family, and kind-hearted spirit will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
