Michael Hughes

Michael L. Hughes was born June 18, 1951, in Hanford, California. He was the son of Paul L. and Lula Mae Morgan Hughes. He married Deborah Winkler in Mountain Home, Arkansas, July 13, 1996. Mr. Hughes served as a paratrooper with the United States Army. He was a truck driver with Mountain Home Concrete. He was also a member of Elks, and the Twin Lakes Golf Course. He loved to fish and he enjoyed people. Michael L. Hughes passed away January 17, 2006, at the age of 54 years, 6 months and 29 days. Survivors: Wife of ten years, Debbie Hughes of Mountain Home, Arkansas; parents, Paul and Tammy Hughes of Turlock, California; two sons, Shea and Paul; one sister, Cindy Garcia of Oakdale, California; one brother, Roger Hughes of Turlock, California; and two nephews Preceded in Death by: Maternal and paternal grandparents; and one brother, Steve Hughes Visitation: 5:00-7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 18 Funeral: 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 19, 2006, Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jimmy Moore officiating.
