Michael "Mike" died August 14, 2018, at Baxter Regional Medical Center. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia. He Married Cindy Gustafson on October 13, 2000, at Albuquerque, New Mexico. He worked as manufacturing tradesman.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy and five children, Cameron, Travis, Mike, Donny and Shiloh.
