A Graveside Service for Michael Dean Standfield of Jordon, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at the Galatia Cemetery, Norfork, Arkansas, with Pastor Wade Moser officiating. Visitation will be Monday, January 6, 2014 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.
Mike passed away January 2, 2014, in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 44. He was born November 28, 1969, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of William and Nona Lawson Standfield. Mike married Sally Olson on March 7, 1997, at Jordon, Arkansas and lived in Jordon since moving from Oklahoma. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Mike is survived by his wife, Sally Standfield; three children, Jessie Olson, Jordan Standfield and Jacob Standfield; mother, Nona Harris of Russellville, AR; four brothers, J.R. (Lucy) Standfield of Russellville, AR, Kenneth (Brandy) Standfield of Mountain Home, AR, Tim Standfield of Florence,AL and Tony Standfield of Florence, AL; and several extended family and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
