Michael passed away December 25, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 76. He was born August 18, 1940, in Glendale, California, the son of Jess and Virginia Cabe McKenney. He married Sylvia Gilbrech on August 26, 1961, at Pacomia, California and was a hard worker in special effects for Movies. Michael lived in Theodosia since 1998, moving from California. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and loved hotrod cars.
Michael is survived by his wife, Sylvia Wood of Theodosia, MO; son, Brian (Sandy) Wood of Theodosia, MO; daughter, Michele (David) Clerke of Protem, MO; grandchildren, Delaney Ross, Jacob Ross, Michael Clerke, Alyssa Wood and Haley Wood; great-grandchild, Zander Zubrock; sister, Shirley (Bob) Minnick of Willow Springs, MO and brother, David (Susan) Wood of Alaska.
He was preceded in death by his parents and step-father, Max Wood.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
