Mildred "Millie" Cook was born August 14, 1929, in Storm Lake, Iowa. She was the daughter of Carl and Anna Manteufel Fett. She married L. D. "Cookie" Cook on June 6, 1948, in Storm Lake, Iowa. She was a secretary/bookkeeper, employed with Baxter Regional Medical Center, Burnett-Croom Clinic, Mountain Valley Spring Water and Mountain Home Redi Mix, while living in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Mrs. Cook moved to Mountain Home in 1977 from Wall Lake, Iowa. She then moved to Rogers, Arkansas, in 2004. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church while living in Mountain Home and of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Rogers. Mildred "Millie" M. Cook passed away in Rogers, at the age of 76 years, 7 months and 20 days.
