Mildred Rafajko

Mildred E. Rafajko was born December 1, 1911 at Chicago, Illinois the daughter of John Simo and Anna Grek Simo. She married the late Edward M. Rafajko at Chicago, Illinois on June 14, 1930 and had resided in the Mountain Home area since moving from Chicago, Illinois in 1970. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Rafajko died October 21, 2007 at Good Samaritan Village at the age of 95. Survivors: 1 Son: Dr. Robert (Anne) Rafajko of Keswick, Virginia; 6 Grandchildren: Andrew, Rorie, Ronald, Robin, Rod and Rebecca; 2 sisters: Irene Barnes of Mountain Home and Olga McCullough of Arizona; 9 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild Preceded in Death by: Parents, Husband, 2 Sisters and 1 Brother Visitation: None Funeral: Memorial Service at Good Samaritan Village Chapel on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Jerry Strobel, officiating Burial: Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago, Illinois Memorials: Salvation Army
