Mildred Stewart

Mildred Elizabeth Stewart was born June 9,1914 at Chicago, Illinois to Henry and Louise Fortman Biehl. She married Herbert Stewart on December 11, 1934 at Chicago, Illinois. She worked as an executive secretary for Surplus Records for 20 years. She also volunteered for the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and worked the front desk for 17 years. She passed away on October 8, 2006 at her residence in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 92 years, 3 months and 29 days. Survivors: One son; Richard (Ivy) Stewart of Mountain Home, Arkansas one daughter in law; Crystel Stewart of Napierville, Illinois, grandchildren; Michael, Thomas, and Geoffrey Stewart and great grandchildren Samantha, Benjamin and Michael Stewart. Preceded in Death by: Parents, Husband, one son James and one sister Lucille Wilkinson Funeral: A memorial service will be held at a later date in Chicago. Burial: Burial will be in the Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago. Memorials: American Cancer Society.
