Funeral Services for Nancy L. Leo of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Kirby and Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Daryl Young officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Nancy died Thursday, March 25, 2010 in Mountain Home, AR, at the age of 69.
She was born in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Gus Thimm and Fanny Walsgrove Thimm. She worked as a Sales Manager for cosmetics. Nancy lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas for six years moving from Whittier, California. Mrs. Leo was a former member of the Master Gardeners and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed bowling, working outdoors, and living in the Twin Lakes area. She was a self taught artist, and also loved her pet cat, Bebe.
Nancy Leo is survived by husband, Ray Allen Leo; two daughters - Valerie Rose of Salt Lake City, UT and Lisa Tallent of Mesa, AZ; one son - Kenneth Burlingham of US Army, stationed in Hondouras; two step-daughters - Cynthia Milligan of La Habra, CA and Debra Navarro of Brea, CA; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her father, Gus Thimm.
Burial will be private.
