Nancy Pierman

A Celebration of Life for Nancy Ann Pierman of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, July, 28, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Nancy passed away July 23, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 74. She was born April 25, 1938, in Waukegan, Illinois, the daughter of Melvin and Elma Nykanen Strang and step-daughter of Joyce Strang. She married Paul Pierman on August 17, 1957, at Waukegan, Illinois and worked as an office administrator for Warren Township High School. Nancy lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1994 moving from Gurnee, Illinois. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, gardening and loved flowers. Nancy is survived by her husband, Paul Pierman of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Kathy (Mike) Montgomery of Mountain Home, AR; 2 granddaughters, Heather Link of Mountain Home, AR and Nichole Link and husband, Oliver Delgado of Dallas, TX; brother, William (Debby) Strang of Las Vegas, NV and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-mother. Memorials may be made to Arthritis Foundation or Hospice of the Ozarks. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
