Funeral services for Naomi Jean McLain Warta of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 20, 2010 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:00 until service time.
Naomi died Monday, August 16, 2010 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, at the age of 84. She was born November 25, 1925 in Winfield, Kansas, the daughter of George and Myrtle Hardesty Sheffield. She worked as a Dental Technician. Naomi lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 2000 moving from Ellsworth, Kansas. She was a very loving and generous person, really lived what she preached and loved birds and flowers. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church.
Naomi is survived by her son, Jerry McLain of Stilwell, KS; daughter, Judy Neuburger of Cibolo, TX and 4 grandchildren, Jeremy and Danny McLain, Chris and Sean Neuburger.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands and 2 sisters, Leona Eliason and Georgia Moore.
Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery with Jerry McLain, Gary Neuburger, Sean Neuburger, Chris Neuburger, Jeremy McLain and Danny McLain as pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
