Noble Dean died Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in Swanton, Ohio at the age of 87. He was born Friday, July 8, 1921 in Robinson, Illinois, the son of Noble R. Dean, Sr. and Beulah B. Leathers. He married Jeanne Buffington on November 27, 1961 at Toledo, Ohio and worked 43 years as a Millwright/Electrician for DeVilbiss Company. Noble Dean was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of WWII. Noble lived in Mountain Home from 1983 until 2009 when he moved to Swanton. He was a member of the Alley-White American Legion Post #52. Survivors: Noble Dean is survived by 1 son, Charles Dean of Hudson, Michigan, 1 step-son, Michael (Kari) Dooley of Swanton, Ohio, 2 daughters, Kathy Allion of Morenci, Michigan, and Diane (Doug) Binkley of Delta, Ohio, 7 grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and his beloved dog Gracie. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and three sisters. Visitation: Visitation will be from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M., Sunday, April 19 at Kirby and Family Funeral Home. Funeral: Funeral services for Noble Raymond Dean of Swanton, OH, formerly of Mountain Home, AR, will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 20, 2009 at Kirby and Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Michael Shy, officiating. Burial: Entombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
