Norman Schoemann

Norman P. Schoemann was born January 1, 1918, at Wheaton, Illinois, to Matthew P. and Margaret O’Brien Schoemann. He married Irene B. Lehne on August 15, 1941 at Wheaton, Illinois. He was a Electrician who worked for Local Union 701 IBEW and was a World War II US Army Veteran. Mr. Schoemann lived in Mountain Home, since October 1973, moving from GlenEllyn, Illinois. He was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman’s Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society. Survivors: wife, Irene, of Mountain Home, 1 sister-in-law, Kay Schoeman of Omaha, Nebraska, several nieces and nephews, and special friends Bob and Kathy Bodenhamer, Preceded in Death by: parents, 2 brothers, LeRoy and Earl, and 1 sister, Anna Bollweg. Visitation: From 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, June 17, 2004 with a Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. Funeral: Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 18, 2004 at St. Peter the Fisherman's Catholic Church with Reverend Stan Swiderski the celebrant. Burial: Entombment will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum Memorials: St. Peter the Fisherman's Catholic Church. Active Bearers: Mike Crimmins, Dale Lakin, George Murphy, Richard Para, Harlan Rech, and Larry Voss.
