Omer Lindman

Omer R. Lindman was born June 21, 1909 in Maywood, Illinois. He was the son of Frank and Annie Lindman and married Bergit Torgersen. He was employed at Ludwig Dairy in Elgin, Illinois until retirement, when he moved to Bull Shoals, Arkansas. Mr. Lindman was an Army veteran. He enjoyed fishing, camping and mechanical work. He was a member of the Mississippi Valley Packard Club and a member of the Methodist Church. Omer R. Lindman passed away on August 18, 2005, at the age of 96 years, 1 month and 27 days. Survivors: Three sons, Orin (Patty) Lindman of Dexter, Missouri, Kevin (Marlene) Lindman of Jackson, Missouri, and Daryl Lindman of Bull Shoals, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Laura, Brian, William, Daniel, Arthur and Eric; brother-in-law and sister-in law Bob and Marie Williamson of Glen Ellyn, Illinois; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Torv and Dot Torgerson of Pensacola, Florida Preceded in Death by: Parents, wife, five brothers and two sisters Visitation: 10:00 a.m. until service time, Monday, August 22, 2005 Funeral: 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 22, 2005, at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel in Bull Shoals, with Reverend Nicholas Lascaro officiating Burial: Newton Flat Cemetery, Bull Shoals, Arkansas Memorials: Missouri Veteran's Home
