Orville Hamilton

January 15, 1925 — February 21, 2007

Orville L. Hamilton was born January 15, 1925 at Altoona, Pennsylvania the son of Jack and Lillian Hamilton. He married Margaret Anstead at Cresson, Pennsylvania on February 5, 1948 and had resided in the Cave City area since moving from Mountain Home in 2005. He moved to Mountain Home from Buffalo Grove, Illinois.. He served with the US Army during World War II and was a licensed Gemologist. He was a member of St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church and the Alley White American Legion Post #52. Mr. Hamilton entered into eternal rest at White River Medical Center on February 21, 2007 at the age of 82 years, 1 month and 6 days. Survivors: Wife: Margaret Hamilton;1 Daughter: Susan (Charles) Jeffery of Strawberry, Arkansas;1 Granddaughter: Maggie Jeffery of Strawberry Preceded in Death by: Parents and 1 sister, Ida Visitation: Sunday, February 25, 2007 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home with a Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. Funeral: 10:00 Monday, February 26, 2007 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Charles Kana as celebrant Burial: Entombment at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum Memorials: American Legion Post #52 Active Bearers: Charles Jeffery, Corey Jones, Ancil Jones, Jason Sullivan, Jerry Don Edwards, Kenneth Riggs
