Otsie Mae Hill was born June 22, 1909 in Ada, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of James Lee and Callie Stapleton Melton. She married Woodrow W. Hill on December 2, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas. She was seamstress and lived in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma prior to moving to Lakeview, Arkansas in 1971. She was a member of the Emmanuel Church. Otsie Mae Hill passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on May 19, 2005, at the age of 95 years, 10 months and 27 days. Survivors: Husband of forty-five years, Woodrow W. Hill; daughter, Jimmie and her husband W.A. Osborn; three grandchildren, Darryl and his wife Susan Story Osborn, Cheryl and her husband Brian Evans, and Jerry and his wife Sharon Gomez Osborn; four great- grandchildren, Jeremiah McCain, Bobbi Falzone, Britney and Brandi Osborn;and one great-great grandson, Christian McCain Preceded in Death by: One daughter; her parents; two sisters and her first husband, Henry Cowan.
