Pamela Ann Roelke passed away peacefully on December 26, 2024, at the age of 75 at her home. She was born on June 10, 1949, in De Kalb, Texas, to W. Ezra Crew and Dorthylene Estes Huggins. On September 6, 1980, she married James Roelke in Longview, Texas. A dedicated licensed practical nurse, Pamela made her home in Mountain Home after relocating from Hallsville, Texas, in 1986.
Pamela had a passion for gardening, traveling, and reading, but her greatest joy came from the love she shared with her family. She is survived by her husband, James Charles Roelke; her children, Jason (Kim) Roelke, Stacy L. Crews, and Laine Strain; two grandchildren, Austin (Kiersten) Strain and Micaela (Scott) Phelps; five great-grandchildren, Remington, Ainsley, Emma, Eli, and Charlotte; and her siblings, William (Anita) Huggins, Bobby (Kim) Huggins, Ricky Huggins, Melinda Thomas, and Debbie Huggins. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, W. Ezra and Dorthylene Huggins; her daughter, Melissa Finley; and her brother, Michael Huggins.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held in the Green Burial Section of Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery at 11:00 am on Monday, December 30, 2024, with Heather Marsalis serving as Celebrant. In honor of Pamela's legacy, memorial contributions may be made to the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas, 1042 Highland Circle, Mountain Home, AR 72653, www.foodbanknca.org. Arrangements are entrusted to Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
