Services for Patsy M Frazier, 99, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 a.m.,Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Monday at the Kirby Funeral Home Chapel. Patsy passed away January 22, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born November 24, 1912, in Meadville, MS, the daughter of James and Lydia Ratcliff Mullins. She married Hyman Register in 1932 and after he passed away she married Charles L. Frazier on May 6, 1979. She was a Beautician and owned and operated her own shop in Maryland. Patsy lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1979 moving from Lexington Park, Maryland. She was a member of Mountain Home Baptist Church. Patsy is survived by one son - Jack (Molly) Register of Mountain Home, AR; 3 grandchildren; Paul F. Register of the US Air Force, Michael Hickelheim of North Little Rock, John (Shannon Scott of Calico Rock, AR and 2 great grandchildren; Lexxy and Triston Scott. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Hyman S. Register, second husband, Chas L. Frazier, 3 brothers and one sister. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, AR. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
