A Gathering of Friends for Patricia Ann Barry of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm, Friday, April 25, 2014, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.

Patricia passed away April 21, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 76. She was born February 15, 1938, in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of James and Faith Jackson Barr. She and Bob Shields met on February 5, 1983, at Juneau, Alaska and have been together since. Patricia lived in Mountain Home since moving from Alaska in 1986. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary in Ketchikan, Alaska; the Emblem Club; the Women of the Moose in Juneau, Alaska; and the American Legion. She enjoyed quilting, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a friend to all.

Patricia is survived by her life partner, Bob Shields of Mountain Home, AR, two sons, David Wolff of Jefferson, MD, and Steven A. Shull of Commerce City, CO; three grandchildren, Nickolas Wolff and Sullivan and Quinn Shull; and one sister, Beverly and her husband, Len Roberts of Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, William and Dennis Barr, and sister, Ramona Everett.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
