Patricia "Patti" Boonstra

A Celebration of Life for Patricia "Patti" Dean Boonstra of Flippin, Arkansas, will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home in Bull Shoals with Heather Marsalis as Celebrant.
Patti passed away December 2, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 62. She was born August 7, 1954, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, the daughter of Jack and Wanda O'Neal Pantall. She married John Boonstra on May 21, 1989. Patti was a lover of life. She enjoyed her family, friends, walking, yoga, reading and getting her haircut. She was a member of Women of Wisdom and Wonder, the Intenders and attended Unity Church.
Patti is survived by her husband, John Boonstra of Flippin, AR; brothers, Roby (Wanda) Pantall of Rogers, AR and Michael (Maria) Pantall of Roanoke,VA, stepson, Hank (Eva) Boonstra; stepdaughters, Diane (Craig) Brod of NC and MaryAnn (Dave) Rempert of IL: grandchildren Jenni Brunner, Hank Boonstra Jr., Jacki and Jessi Kegel and Shaunna Cornett; great-grandchildren, Jon, Abrielle, and Hailey; nieces and nephews, Austin, Jonathan, Sarah, Pedro & Racquel as well as a large group of close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers please make memorials to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House or a local Animal Shelter.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services - Bull Shoals, Arkansas.
