Patricia Parsons

Patricia May Parsons of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away April 10, 2024, in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 99. She was born June 23, 1924, in New York City, New York, the daughter of Alfred and Charlotte Gordon Bair. She married Chester Parsons on April 16, 1950, in Bayside, Long Island, New York and worked as a Insurance Adjuster for Unigard Insurance Co. Patricia first moved to Bull Shoals, AR  from Arlington Heights, IL, in 1979 and then relocated to Little Rock to be near her children.  While in Bull Shoals, Patricia became the Mayor's wife when Chester was elected the town mayor and was actively involved in the development of the Bull Shoals Library. She enjoyed her family, quilting, reading and fishing.  

Patricia is survived by her son, Craig (Renee) Parsons of Little Rock, AR; sister, Lea Leahy of Charlottesville, VA; grandchildren, Scott (Amanda) Parsons and G.T (Anna) Ikard of Little Rock, AR and great-grandchildren, Abby and Jake Parsons and Emma, George and Madeline Ikard of Little Rock, AR.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister Joan Fogarty and grandchild, Nicole Parsons. 

A Memorial Service for Patricia will be 10am, Saturday, April 20, 2024, at  Asbury Methodist Church, 1700 Nappa Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR with Pastor Ledbetter officiating
