Peggy Lilly

Peggy Lilly of Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, passed away May 10, 2022, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, at the age of 83. She was born July 18, 1938, in Ellington, Missouri, the daughter of Charles and Mildred Phelps Cowin. She enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach. She enjoyed painting, playing the keyboard, reading, and especially loved spending time with her family.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Bennett of Nixa, MO; daughter, Rita (Ken) Stone of Hot Springs, AR; son, Mark (Sarah) Dunn of Benton, AR; daughter, Lisa (Kennith) Chism of Gassville, AR; son, John Dunn of Mexico; three brothers, Jerry (Karen) Cowin, Mike (Carol) Cowin, and Robin (Joyce) Cowin; 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Charles "Sonny" and Ross Cowin.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. A Funeral Service for Peggy will be 10:00 am, Friday, May 13, 2022, at Galatia Assembly of God, with Reverend Jeremy Cowin officiating. Burial will be in the Galatia Cemetery, Norfork, Arkansas.
