Peggy Shipley

A family memorial service for Peggy D Shipley, 53, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, November 4, 2010, at the Mountain Home Baptist Church, with Reverend Tommy Cunningham and Reverend Bill Hughes officiating. A visitation will follow the service at the church.

She passed away after a long battle with her illness on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Mountain Home. Peggy was born November 20, 1956 in St. Joseph, MO, the daughter of Leroy and Marjorie Knapp Shipley. She was a secretary, a Red Cross Volunteer and a member of the Park Hill Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. Peggy lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 2008 moving from Kansas City, Missouri.

Peggy is survived by one son; James Shipley and her parents Leroy and Marge Shipley all of Mountain Home.

She was preceded in death by her brother Randy.

Burial will be in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri.

Memorials may be made to the MPS (Mucopolysaccharide) Society or the Mountain Home Baptist Church.
