Perry Bigham died Thursday, January 24, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 87. Mr. Bigham was born Sunday, November 7, 1920 in Marion, Kentucky, the son of William and Grace Clement Bigham. He married Evelyn Berry on November 9, 1950 at West Monroe, Louisiana and worked 20 years as a Certified Public Accountant for Shering-Plough . Perry Bigham was an Army veteran of WWII and served in the Phillipines. He lived in Mountain Home for 21 years moving from Brick, New Jersey. Perry was a member of BPOE #1714, Mountain Home, Alpha Tau Omega, Phi Kappa Alpha and Beta Gamma Sigma. He was a great family historian who learned from his father, a Presbyterian minister to be meek and kind. Survivors: his wife, Evelyn Bigham and sons, Rod (Jean) Bigham of Concord, CA, and Chris Bigham of Memphis, TN, brother, William M. Bigham of Morehead, KY, sister, Barbara Bigham Simons of Murray, KY and James, Doug and Jessica Bigham are his loving grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: his parents and 1 brother, Carroll R. Bigham. Funeral: Funeral Services for Perry Bigham of Mountain Home, AR, will be 2:00 P.M Sunday, January 27, 2008 at First Presbyterian Church, with Reverend Duane Farris officiating. Burial: Entombment will be at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas Memorials: 1st Presbyterian Church
