A Memorial Service for Phillis Sue Shaw of Oxford, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Christ Vision Ministry, with Pastor Michael Engels officiating.
Phillis passed away January 9, 2015, in Oxford, Arkansas, at the age of 53. She was born May 21, 1961, in Blytheville, Arkansas, the daughter of Ernest and Sue Ray Springer. She worked as a housekeeper and lived in Oxford since 2014, moving from Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. She was a member of the Christ Vision Ministries and enjoyed her family and cooking holiday dinners.
Phillis is survived by her siblings, Ernest (Lisa) Springer of Oxford, AR, Jerry (Misty) Springer of Oxford, AR, Billy (Terri) Springer of Neosho, MO, Pam (Joe) Cordray of Benton, AR, Betty Davis of Batesville, AR, Johnny (Lalania) Russell of Cord-Charlotte, AR and Maricia Stapleton of Calico Rock, AR: her significant other, Robert Grisham of Oxford, AR; a grandchild, Tessia Brock of Poughkeepsie, AR and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Danny Wayne Brock.
Memorials may be made to Christ Vision Ministry.
