Phyllis J Carleton

Phyllis J Carleton, 88, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Phyllis was born on January 5, 1934, in Carthage, Missouri, to Frank and Erma Riley Johnson. She graduated from high school in Carthage, Missouri. Phyllis was a member of East Side Baptist Church and enjoyed crocheting.

Phyllis is survived by her son, David Carleton of Gassville, AR; granddaughter, Christy Carleton of Bentonville, AR.

She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Terry Lee Carleton.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Open-Air Chapel in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, with Pastor Scott Speer officiating. Entombment will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Memorial donations may be made in Phyllis' name to the Peitz Cancer Support House at Baxter Health, 628 Hospital Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653.
