Phyllis died February 17, 2011 at Mountain Home. Phyllis was born September 17, 1915 in Jackson, OH, the daughter of Arthur and May Hartley. She married Gordon Eugene Turner and was a homemaker. Phyllis lived in Elizabeth, Arkansas since 1976 moving from Chicago, Illinois.
Phyllis is survived by her niece, Mary Ann Davis of Mason, MI and friend, Doyle Kirby of Elizabeth, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
