A Graveside Service for Ranson B. Drew of Flippin, Arkansas, will be 11:00 am, Friday, December 27, 2013, at the Masonic Cemetery, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, with Father Athanasius Okieyi officiating.
Ranson passed away December 16, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 79. He was born May 29, 1934, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Ranson Bettis and Mary May Charlebois Drew. He married Betty in California and was an operating engineer for Ebensteiner's Construction Company for 25 years. Ranson lived in Flippin since moving from North Hollywood, California in 1979. He was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church.
Ranson is survived by his sisters, June Ebensteiner of Westlake Village, CA and Frances Whitesides of Apple Valley, CA; many nephews, nieces and long-time friends, Shane and Mary Sanders and Chuck Sanders.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
Memorials may be made to Perry's Orphans or the Humane Society of North Central Arkansas.
