Rebecca Jane Williams was born December 26, 1922, in Des Moines, Iowa. She was the daughter of George and Ethel Webb Gebard. She married Bruce Williams on November 21, 1975, in Denver, Colorado. Mrs. Williams was a retired clerical worker who lived in Yellville since moving from Aurora, Colorado, in 1984. She was a square dancer for twenty years, an amateur radio operator since 1963 and a member of Marion County Amateur Radio Club. Rebecca Jane Williams passed away at Marion County Nursing Home, May 1, 2006, at the age of 83 years, 4 months and 5 days. Survivors: Her husband of thirty years, Bruce Williams of Yellville, Arkansas; one son, Gerald A. (Barbara) Freestone of Waco, Texas; one stepson, Tom Williams of Las Vegas, Nevada; one adopted son, Orie (Margaret) Tomlin of Yellville, Arkansas; one stepdaughter, Nannita Sue Hart of Denver, Colorado; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Min Michaels of Denver, Colorado, and Mildred Huffman of Moravia, Iowa Preceded in Death by: Her parents, one brother and one sister Visitation: 10:00 a.m. until service time at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel Funeral: Graveside services for Jane Williams, 83, of Yellville will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2006, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum.
