Rebecca Jane Yoder

A Funeral Service for Rebecca Jane Yoder of Cotter, Arkansas, will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Dr. Tom Yoder, Reverend Estel Grigg and Reverend Jack Gilliland officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 14, 2018, from 4:00 until 6:00 pm, at the funeral home.

Rebecca passed away February 12, 2018, in Cotter, Arkansas at the age of 70. She was born November 13, 1947, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert and Edna Hinson Williams. She married Reverend Dr. Thomas Yoder on August 4, 1993, in Cotter, Arkansas. Rebecca was a lifetime resident of Cotter, Arkansas and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, United Daughters of the Confederacy and the V.F.W. Auxiliary #4752. She enjoyed fishing, camping and any kind of crafts.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Reverend Dr. Thomas M. Yoder of Cotter, AR; seven children, Robert Harold (Christy) Rine of Nowata, OK, Toni Lea (Stefan) Cocklin of Springdale, AR, Donna Jane Rine, of Mountain Home, AR, Nelson Scott Rust of Cotter, AR, Todd M. Yoder of Cotter, AR, Don J. Yoder of Bellefonte, AR and John T. (Tiffany) Yoder of Rogers, AR; sister, Rexene Watson of Mountain Home, AR; 27 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and special friend, Marydell Ponce of Mull, AR.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery, Cotter, AR, with Don J. Yoder, John T. Yoder, Robert A "Robbie" Rine, Ryan LaFallier, Mike Adkerson and Ricky Williams as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Rob Rine, N. Scott Rust, Todd M. Yoder, Lindell Tanner, Stefan Cocklin, Joshua Spencer, Jacob Spencer, Donald "Chip" Bailey, Dr. Roger Talley, Pete Byrd, Bill Mackey and Nickolas T. Yoder.
