Richard "Dick" Justice

Richard O. Justice, 74, died March 11, 2009 in his home in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born February 6, 1935 in McPherson, Kansas to Francis O. (Doc) Justice and Emma Haws Justice. He was married to Dorothy Templing on October 26, 1958 in Hoisington, Kansas. Mr Justice grew up and attended schools in the McPherson and Hoisington, Kansas areas. He was employed in the family business in Hoisington, Doc's Plumbing & Electric for many years. Moving to Hutchinson, Kansas he was employed as a HVAC Mechanic for Eaton Corp. for 17 years. Richard and Dorothy retired to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1995. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Survivors: Survivors include his wife of the home, Dorothy, two sons, Brian Justice and wife Dorothy of Kennesaw, GA, Brent Justice of Hutchinson, Kansas. Three grandchildren, Sara Justice and Ashley Justice of Hutchinson, Kansas and Nathan Justice of Kennesaw, GA. Other survivors are a brother-in-law, Ernest Bender of Great Bend, KS and sister-in-law Helen Templing of Hoisington, KS. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Justice. Funeral: There will be private family time at Kirby & Family Funeral and Cremation Services. Cremation will take place with burial and graveside services in McPherson City Cemetery in McPherson, Kansas at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 14, 2009.
