Richard F. Gillen died Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Pine Lane Health Care. He was born February 18, 1932 in Chicago, IL, the son of Harry J. and Elsie Emma Zeplin Gillen. He married Rebecca Gillen in February at Mountain Home, Arkansas and was Self-Employed in small engine repair. Richard Gillen was a U.S. Navy veteran of Korean War and lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1975 moving from Bolivar, Missouri.
Richard is survived by his wife Rebecca Gillen of Mountain Home, step-daughter, Amanda (Steven) McHenry of Lewisville, TX, step-son, Jeremy (Ashley) French of Strafford, MO and 4 grandchildren, Aroara, Ethan, Gibson and Leona and nieces and nephews, Jack Gillen, Sheron (Chris) Sarna, Marge (Mark) Sperlak and Beth (Mickey) Ragain.
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Joan, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks.
