A Memorial Service for friends and family of Richard Lee “Dicky” Norwood, 62, of Lakeview, AR will be 2PM Monday, November 23, 2015, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home in Bull Shoals, AR. Richard died Sunday November 15, 2015.
Richard served his country in the United States Marine Corp. from 1971-1974. He was a master electrician and moved to Bull Shoals in 1996. Richard started Aladdin’s Electric and had many joyful days on the houseboat. He loved hunting, fishing, cooking and had a beautiful singing voice.
Richard was a devoted son and was preceded in death by his father, Robert Norwood; mother, Betty Ransburg; step-father Marshal Ransburg; brother, Verne and his beloved Bonnie Sue. He is survived by three brothers, Bobby and David of Shreveport, LA and Tim (Melissa) of Little Rock, AR; step-mother, Regina Norwood; step-brother, David and step-sister, Sandy as well as many nieces and nephews and friends.
