Robert Clem

Robert Clem died Friday, August 22, 2008 in the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House at the age of 88. Robert Clem was born Monday, February 16, 1920 in Truman, Arkansas, son of Thomas and Cora Lee Jackson Clem . He married Thelma Taylor on January 8, 1939 at Harrisburg, Arkansas. He worked as a Oil Blender for Shell Oil Refinery for 30 years before retiring to Henderson, AR. in 1975 from Roxana, Illinois. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and a member of the Church of Christ. Robert Survivors: Robert Clem is survived by 2 Sons: Taylor Clem of St. Charles, MO, and David Clem of Washington, MO, 2 Daughters, Carmen Ann Narup of Wood River, , IL, and Karen Lee Tow of Edwardsville, IL, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, One Brother, Doyle Clem and one Sister, Marilyn Fielder both of Jonesboro, AR.
