Robert "Bob" Charles DeFoe

Robert "Bob" Charles DeFoe of Mountain Home, Arkansas, went to his Heavenly Home, August 22, 2024, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 82. He was born February 14, 1942, in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the son of Donald and Eleanor Wall DeFoe. He married Delores Hanson on December 25, 1991, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Bob was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. After his time in service, he went to trade school to begin his career in plumbing. Bob lived in Mountain Home for many years since moving from Minnesota. He was a devoted member of the Twin Lakes Baptist Church. Bob enjoyed playing piano anywhere he went and found great joy in making music for his family and friends.

Bob is survived by his wife, Delores DeFoe of Mountain Home, AR; sisters, Jeannie Smith of Cottage Grove, MN, and Bonnie (Charles) Donhowe of Valley Center, CA; children, Susan (Bill) Henry of Lake Elmo, MN, Mike Robertson of Princeton, MN, Scott Robertson of Saint Paul, MN, and Gordy Robertson of Saint Francis, MN; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Marilyn Preston. 

A Memorial Service for Robert "Bob" will be 11:00 am, Monday, August 26, 2024, at Twin Lakes Baptist Church, with Dr. Sam Bailey officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Air Force and Alley-White American Legion Post #52 Honor Guards. 

Memorials may be made to Twin Lakes Baptist Church.
