Robert Hall, 80, of Mountain Home went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 29. He was born December 25, 1935 in Sheldon, Iowa. He moved to Mountain Home at age 5 and was raised by his mother and stepfather Marjorie and Noble Bryant.
December 22, 1961 Robert married the love of his life Genita “Polly” a young widow with six children that he raised as his own, Barney (Janie) Bentley of Elk City, Oklahoma; JoAnn (Gordon) Brazzell of Gassville; Mike Bentley of Gassville; Mary Jo Cain of Cotter; Lonnie (Cheryl) Bentley of West Lafayette, Indiana and Cathy (Tony) Squire of Mountain Home. He is also survived locally by two sisters, Helen (Ron) Gammill and Sharon Bryant, and one brother, James (Pat) Bryant,
He was lovingly known as PaPa Robert, Uncle Robert or Uncle Curly to 16 grand children, 35 great grand children, 3 great great grand children and many nieces and nephews.
Robert was a retired truck driver and carpenter. His favorite past time was watching the Razorback games, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
Robert was a Christian and attended the River of Life Assembly of God Church in Gassville.
A Funeral Service for Robert Hall of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Friday, April 1, 2016, at River of Life Assembly of God Church, with Reverend Joshua Passmore officiating. Visitation will be Friday, April 1, 2016, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm, at River of Life Assembly of God Church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
