Services for Robert Alva Hoover, 87, of Lakeview, Arkansas will be private.
Robert passed away October 25, 2013, at the VA Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Robert was born November 15, 1925, at Ottowa, Kansas to Alva and Eunice Hoover. He was a WWII veteran in the Navy and a lifetime member of the VFW in Lakeview, Arkansas. He was an avid Kansas Jayhawks fan and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Kansas University.
Robert is survived by his wife, Donna Hoover of Lakeview, AR; nephew, Michael (Terry) Hoover of Los Angeles, CA and many other family and friends. He will be missed by many.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Nancy.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
