Robert Kruger

Robert Kruger died Sunday, February 1, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 80. He was born Thursday, June 21, 1928 in Three Oaks, Michigan, the son of Harry and Hulda Kahn Kruger. He married Joann Hoxsie in September 1958 at Three Oaks, Michigan and worked as a manager in the automotive industry. Robert lived in Norfork since 1989 moving from New Buffalo, Michigan. He was a sports, enthusiast and played minor league baseball for the Cubs farm team. He was a lifelong White Sox and Bears fan and enjoyed bowling. Survivors: Robert Kruger is survived by his wife, Joann Kruger, 1 son, Robert (Carolyn) Kruger of Vernal, UT, 1 daughter, Kay Arpin of Memphis, TN, 4 grandchildren, Michelle (Mike Keith) Shelton of Memphis, TN, Mandy, Devin and Danielle Kruger and 8 great-grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral: Memorial services for Robert H. Kruger of Norfork, Arkansas, will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, February 6, 2009 at the Norfork United Methodist Church. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Norfork School Atheletic Fund.
