Robert Lovett

Robert Eugene Lovett of Lakeview, Arkansas, passed away August 7, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 87. He was born September 28, 1933, in Dryden, Michigan, the son of Gordon C. and Bernice Hardenburg Lovett. Robert was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War from 1953 until 1957. He married Patricia Stow on March 17, 1956, in Lisle, Illinois and retired from Ameritech Corporation-AT&T in 1985. He volunteered repairing talking books machines for the Blind through Telephone Pioneers for the Library of Congress for 18 years. Bob was a life member of the Wisconsin American Legion. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading, woodworking, and nature. Bob lived in Lakeview since moving from Omega, Wisconsin, in 1996.

Bob is survived by his wife of 65 years, Patricia Lovett of Lakeview, AR; daughter, Kim (Frank) Corrado of McHenry, IL; two sons, Brian (Kim) Lovett of Cheyenne, WY, and Michael (Natalie) Lovett of Westminster, CO; eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Lovett.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
