Robert Louis Nave was born July 18, 1925 in Springfield, Ohio. He was the son of Louis A. and Avis Strecther Nave. He was a retired truck guard, employed with Brink's Incorporated for twenty-five years. Mr. Nave was a United States Navy veteran and lived in Chicago, Illinois prior to moving to Cotter, Arkansas in 1990. He enjoyed square dancing and traveling, and was a member of the Ozark Cloverleafs, Twirling Fun-timers and Sociables. He was a member of the Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Robert Louis Nave passed away in Rolla, Missouri on July 10, 2005, at the age of seventy-nine years, 11 months and 22 days. Survivors: Three sons, David Nave of Peotone, Illinois, Jeffrey (Sue) Nave of Naperville, Illinois, and Robert Nave of Dyer, Indiana; two daughters, Susan (Charlie) Chattos of Alabama, and Beverly (Mike) Mansour of Chicago, Illinois; six grandchildren, Jill, Hilary and Madelyn Nave, Jacob, Joseph and Olivia Mansour; one sister, Avis Elaine Thornton of Reading, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and close friend, Loretta Rushton of Cotter, Arkansas Preceded in Death by: Parents, wife and three brothers Visitation: 5:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Funeral: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 14, 2005 at the Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Reverend Carl Cook officiating Burial: Entombment will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum.
