Robert Scott Paegelow

Robert Scott Paegelow, 63, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away on July 11, 2024, at Baxter Health in Mountain Home, AR. Born on September 12, 1960, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he was the son of Gordon and Dorothy Hartgers Paegelow.

Robert married Tammy Lester on August 5, 2000, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was a skilled barber and florist and worked for Walmart for several years. In the 1980s, Robert taught disco dancing at local clubs, showcasing his love for music and dance. He moved to Mountain Home in 1998 to care for his mother and was an active member of East Side Baptist Church, where he enjoyed playing in their handbell group. Robert had a deep appreciation for people, traveling, and sewing.

He is survived by his sons, Aaron Paegelow of Salem, AR, and Jesse McChristian of Yellville, AR; daughter, Lauren Paegelow of Gassville, AR; ex-wife, Tammy Paegelow of Gassville, AR; and brother, Dave (Barb) Paegelow. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Dorothy Paegelow.

A celebration of Robert's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
