Robert L. Patterson was born April 6, 1941 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was the son of Lawrence and Katherine Patterson. He married Barbara Laneer on January 9, 1960 in Holly Springs, Mississippi. He was a master electrician in the construction business who lived most of his life in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended CBHS and graduated from Southside High School in 1960. He enjoyed politics, and was a member of IBEW Local #474, and the Moose Lodge in Memphis for forty-two years. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Robert L. Patterson passed away September 30, 2005, at the age of 64 years, 5 months and 24 days. Survivors: His wife of forty-five years, Barbara Patterson of Mountain Home, Arkansas; two daughters, Andrea Patterson of Harrison, Arkansas and Linda (Paul) Hall of Hernando, Mississippi; two sons, James (Susan)Patterson of Drummonds, Tennessee and Robert Patterson of Benton, Arkansas; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; mother, Katherine Snider of New Albany, Mississippi; and two sisters, Stella Hitchcock and Patricia Patterson, both of New Albany, Mississippi Preceded in Death by: His father Funeral: Gathering of family and friends at the family's home in Marshall, Arkansas at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 8, 2005
